About the assignment

Coor has been given the important task of managing property operations at several hospitals and schools in Gästrikland and Hälsingland. We are looking for someone who wants to use their skills and commitment to create safe, functional environments for patients, students, and staff. What will you be working with?

As an electrician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a work team that has good collaboration between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

You will work with:

• Performing repairs, assembly, and installations
• Rounds, supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Electrical management and ensuring energy savings as well as control and regulation systems function as planned for the customer
• Participating in inspections
• Supporting colleagues outside your main area of responsibility when needed

Who are you?

You are an initiative-driven and goal-oriented team player with the courage to make decisions to progress in your work. As a person, you are confident and curious and have positive and attentive communication with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors.

To be considered for the position, you have:

• Several years of professional experience as an electrician
• High school education, electrical and energy program or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of technical installations within property and industry
• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement
• Good computer and system skills
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent
• Employment rate: Full-time 100%
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 07-16. On-call duty included.
• Start date: December 1
