As a project manager, you will be involved in the entire development process; from estimation, planning, and execution of development projects to series production and subsequent evaluation and follow-up. You will collaborate daily with other functions and departments within Komatsu Forest and contribute to developing our processes and methods around project management. We believe you are a university or civil engineer, preferably with a focus on mechanics, design, or technical physics. You also have several years of experience in project management and experience in similar development activities. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement.
As a person, you are social and passionate about teamwork, coordinating groups, and creating engagement. You communicate clearly, follow up, and ensure that expectations are clear for everyone involved. You are structured and work according to a clear process but have the ability to adapt your working methods to the circumstances.
