Mjönäs Animal Clinic is now looking for you who are a Level 3 animal caregiver, preferably with a few years of work experience in the profession. We are looking for someone who works with great interest and commitment to your patients and clients.

We are a competent small team, and there are skilled colleagues to learn from and create good collaborations with. We enjoy spending time together, both at work and outside of it, and we are looking for someone with the same attitude and strong collaborative skills. We also believe that you thrive in nature and everything that entails considering where the clinic is located. Since the position will involve on-call duty, flexibility is also very important. Swedish is not a requirement, but English in both spoken and written form is.

What we offer

We offer our patients everything from outpatient care, CT scans, X-rays, ultrasound, laboratory work, surgery, orthopedics, laparoscopic surgery, laser surgery, dental care, laser therapy, rehabilitation, cell therapy, and euthanasia. That said, there are enormous development opportunities for you who want to further develop in specific areas and learn from skilled colleagues.

We are part of the Swedish Veterinary Group, which is a larger association of veterinary clinics and animal hospitals across Sweden. We collaborate between clinics and help each other with everything from professional advice to further education. In addition to physical and digital training within the group, collaboration also enables internships with the group's esteemed experts and specialists in various medical fields.

About the clinic

Our clinic is located in the forests of Värmland and offers qualified animal healthcare and preventive health care. The clinic opened its doors in January 2010 and is run by Karlijn and Richard, who originally come from the Netherlands. From the very beginning, the goal has always been to grow and be available for both general and more advanced veterinary care. The most important thing for us is to maintain a first-class level of personal and professional service towards our customers and patients.

Our working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, with on-call duty during evenings and weekends. We are a close-knit and personal team of fifteen people, four of whom work as licensed veterinarians. Feel free to get to know us better on our website.

Additional information

The clinic is located in Munkfors, about 60 km north of Karlstad. The position is a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. We look forward to your application!
