Your Role

As a gardener, you will perform a variety of gardening tasks for our customers, who can be both private individuals and housing associations. You will be part of a dedicated team where you ensure that each assignment is carried out according to the customer's specific care plan and that the results meet their expectations. By working closely with both customers and colleagues, you contribute to creating well-maintained and inviting outdoor environments, where accuracy and a service mindset are key.

Your tasks will include:

• Lawn mowing
• Weeding
• Pruning trees and hedges
• Planting

You will work with both recurring and one-time assignments. The position is a part-time hourly contract, which means you work when you want and have the opportunity.

Your Profile

• This position is well-suited for retirees looking to work extra.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience in fruit tree pruning and hedge trimming is a plus
• Chainsaw license A+B and brush cutter license are advantageous
• Experience in maintenance of garden machinery is a plus
• Experience/green card in pruning is advantageous
• Driver's license, own car + trailer is a plus
• It is essential that you enjoy working outdoors and in all weather conditions. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and are willing to put in extra energy and time where needed.
