We’re seeking a dynamic Senior UX & Communication Manager for an exciting full-time consulting assignment with a client in the banking industry.

The assignment runs from August 8th 2025 to December 31st 2025, with possible extension. 

About the role

You will lead and execute clear communication strategies while enhancing user experiences for internal digital tools across several countries. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape onboarding experiences, optimize digital touchpoints and ensure that communication and UX design are fully aligned. The role reports to a senior stakeholder within the digital workplace transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a cross-channel communication strategy for consistent, timely internal messaging
• Develop a feedback strategy to capture and translate user insights into action
• Create engaging copy and video content tailored to different user groups and platforms
• Design onboarding journeys and educational materials for internal tools (web & mobile)
• Write clear, functional UX copy for product onboarding and in-app user guidance
• Lead user research and testing to ensure usability and adoption
• Drive continuous improvement using a data-driven approach to user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and departments

About you

You are an experienced communicator and UX expert who thrives in complex environments and understands how to align product design with user behavior and strategic goals. With a strong foundation in both communication strategy and UX writing, you bring clarity and consistency to every touchpoint. Your analytical mindset, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, enables you to navigate multicultural and distributed organizations effectively.

Experience and skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication management, UX design, UX writing, and copywriting
• Demonstrated ability to lead communication and UX efforts in complex digital environments
• Strong background in user journey design and iterative optimization
• Proven skills in user research, testing, and data-driven UX improvements
• Experience with multifactor authentication products; familiarity with Windows Hello for Business is a plus
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Skilled at managing change in multicultural and geographically distributed settings
• Strong analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
