At Norlandia Preschools Skogsbacken, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a preschool teacher at our preschool in Hovmantorp. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We need someone who can easily collaborate with others and has the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• Educated preschool teacher with a few years of experience in preschool.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to the development of the organization together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365.

Skogsbacken Preschool is located in Hovmantorp, where we have the forest as our closest neighbor. The preschool is currently in a startup phase, which means a unique opportunity for you to help create a world-class preschool. You need to be interested in animals and nature as these are cornerstones of our everyday life at preschool. If you also have experience in outdoor education, it is an advantage. Hovmantorp has good communication links from both Kalmar and Växjö.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will take part in our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment type: Permanent (probationary period)

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime and one evening a month

Start date: As soon as possible

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
