Your Role in Brief

As a Junior Recruiter at Safely, you will be responsible for the entire candidate journey – from the first ad to the welcome day. You will build relationships with young talents, set up creative campaigns on social media, and ensure that every new colleague has a fantastic start.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Map recruitment needs together with the sales manager and team leader
• Write and publish creative job ads on LinkedIn, Instagram, and the Employment Agency
• Active sourcing: find the stars of the future through networks, events, and social channels
• Conduct inspiring phone and video interviews – assess competence and drive
• Coordinate tests, reference checks, and background checks in our recruitment system
• Drive onboarding activities that make new colleagues feel secure from day one
• Participate in employer branding initiatives: plan student fairs, webinars, and digital campaigns
• Support the HR team with personnel administration, document management, and simple employee conversations

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support, preferably focusing on sales roles
• Passion for social media and creative communication
• Structured, proactive, and used to driving processes independently
• Fluent in Swedish and good English in speech and writing
• Familiar with Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment systems

Meritorious but not a Requirement

• HR education or personnel program
• Experience in employer branding or participation in recruitment events
• Previous work in a call center or telemarketing
