We are a K-9 school with Montessori pedagogy located in central Kristianstad.

We are looking for a new colleague for a temporary position in 2025/26 for our middle school, where the relationship between students and staff is important. There are about 120 students in the middle school.

We are now looking for someone who has a strong commitment to developing a modern Montessori pedagogy. In a Montessori Mondial school, the teacher is expected to have prepared the learning environment for the students or the student group the teacher is responsible for.

This means;

• ensuring that the materials students need are in place.
• that the environment is appealing and clear, i.e., there is order and tidiness.
• that the learning environment includes various opportunities for workspaces.
• that the environment allows students to move around the classroom without disturbing their peers.

As an educator, you should build clear and professional relationships with all your students, act as a leader in the classroom, and have high expectations for students' learning.

We are now looking for someone who is qualified to teach in middle school. You need to be calm, systematic, clear, and low-key in your interactions with students and truly believe that they do the right thing if they can. You are well acquainted with our governing documents, and the development of students' learning and teaching is your primary focus in harmony with students' well-being. Collaborating in teams is a given for us, and we support each other.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher qualified to teach in middle school in Swedish/Social Studies.

You gain energy from contributing to others' learning and create conditions for learning to take place. You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement. You can balance different demands and remain calm in difficult situations. You have the ability to work together with others to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole.
