YOUR MISSION Together with your department, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard regarding cleanliness and order. This means ensuring that our guests get a “wow-feeling” when they enter the hotel and their hotel room.

You will develop and be responsible for the housekeeping department. You will staff, recruit, schedule, lead, and distribute tasks as well as conduct cleaning inspections. You will be responsible for all orders to the department and work within a budget. Together with your team, you will participate in developing our sustainability efforts. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO has a positive attitude, a strong service mindset towards our guests, and can handle changes in pace. You motivate, drive, develop, and engage everyone in the team to take personal responsibility for improving work processes and service as the world changes. Together with us, you want to create a wonderful workplace for all employees. You love cleaning, can speak and write Swedish and English fluently, and have experience in hotel cleaning. Experience as a head housekeeper is a plus. Perhaps you have cleaned in hotels for many years and are ready for the next step. You have an eye for quality and details. We work a lot with sustainability, so experience in sustainability work is a significant merit.

WE OFFER The position is a mix of cleaning and administration. Working hours: Daytime, weekdays, and weekends. Working hours vary between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Scope: 80 or 100%. Permanent employment. If you have ambitions to develop, you will have the space to grow in your role. Start: Start date by agreement. Application deadline: May 31, the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: According to collective agreement. Driver's license: Is a requirement and access to a car on weekends.
