In the role of Senior Communications Specialist in change, you play a key role in supporting the implementation of the initiative Future-Proofed Accounting and Reporting (FSRR) within Finance & Economics. You are responsible for developing, planning, and delivering communication that creates insight, participation, and motivation among both employees and managers throughout the change journey. You work closely with change leaders, program managers, HR, and other business representatives in a changing and complex organization.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a communication strategy and plan that supports the transformation work. • Execute activities according to the plan to increase awareness and engagement. • Create and continuously update a cohesive and inspiring change narrative aligned with business goals and strategy. • Produce tailored communication materials for different target groups, such as presentations, news, SharePoint content, articles, newsletters, and videos. • Work closely with change and program leaders to ensure that communication is timely and tonal. • Contribute content and visualization that supports desired behavior changes. • Assist managers in their communication role during the change process. • Identify potential communication risks and actively address uncertainty and resistance together with change management. • Develop presentation materials and communication support for decision-making and anchoring forums within the program and line operations. • Collaborate with other communication functions within Länsförsäkringar to ensure a unified communication approach in the program.
Competence Requirements:
• University degree in communication, media, behavioral science, or a similar field. • At least five years of experience in internal communication, particularly within larger change projects. • Good understanding of communication related to change management. • Experience working closely with management teams and other key functions. • Ability to work visually with communication and produce engaging content. • Excellent ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. • Experience in the finance, accounting, or insurance sectors is an advantage.
