About FUCHS
FUCHS is a global group with roots in Germany that has developed, manufactured, and sold lubricants and related specialty products for over 85 years. Our Nordic headquarters is located in Södermalm, Stockholm, and our Nordic manufacturing facility has been in Västerhaninge since 2020. Approximately 60 people work at the modern facility, which includes production, purchasing and planning, research and development, and quality control.
In Kungsbacka, about 10 people work in various positions, and there is a smaller warehouse for our specialty products.

Your responsibilities as Sales/Business Development for Specialty

• Drive sales within the Specialty division based on set KPIs
• Drive the development of selected markets/product segments within the Nordics
• Share best practices, contribute to developing and coaching colleagues within selected segments in the Nordics
• Be responsible for the development of market segments and customers to ensure profitability in the short and long term
• Develop your own customer portfolio and be responsible for driving business for your own customers as well as KAM customers within the Nordics
• Collaborate with Product Management to create optimized offers based on customer needs and to support customers and the market

To thrive and develop within the organization, we are looking for someone who has

• Several years of sales experience
• Gained a certain seniority in driving complex and relationship-based sales to industrial customers
• Experience with lubricants is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of chemistry and the ability to understand and analyze results within the relevant product area
• A natural interest in continuous learning regarding new technologies and industrial processes
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit, results orientation, and the ability to understand and work in a matrix organization
• Experience working through digital channels
• Experience in Pricing and Sales Channel management
• The ability to tailor communication to the target audience
• Good knowledge of business English
