Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled EMC Engineer to support the development of cutting-edge e-mobility solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in vehicle electrification, ensuring compliance with EMC standards and optimizing performance through testing, simulation, and design support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct EMC testing on components and vehicles
• Provide EMC design support for automotive systems
• Develop EMC requirements and test methods
• Perform EMI/ESD testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct root cause analysis for EMC-related issues
• Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and certification bodies
• Ensure compliance with international EMC standards (CISPR, ISO)
• Participate in design reviews to optimize EMC behavior
• Utilize simulation tools for EMC modeling

Your Profile:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering
• Proficiency in English
• Hands-on experience with EMC test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, LISNs, GTEM cells)
• Familiarity with automotive EMC standards (CISPR 25, ISO 11452, UNECE Regulation No. 10)
• Experience with EMC simulation tools (e.g., CST Studio Suite, ANSYS HFSS)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for EMI/EMC issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Scania’s electrical systems or embedded vehicle technology
• C/CE driver’s license

Work Setup & Timeline:

• 40% Remote (Home)
• 50% Onsite in Södertälje
• 10% Onsite in Borås
