Do you have a heart for service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and seek a role where you can solve problems and help customers every day? Our client is now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Kungsbacka – is it you we are looking for?

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will be an important part of a dynamic team where service, structure, and collaboration are in focus. You will work with handling incoming inquiries from the company’s customers – both via phone and email – with the goal that each customer receives quick, professional, and personal assistance. You will be part of either their Solution team or Direct team, depending on the type of inquiries.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, responsible, and sees every customer interaction as an opportunity to create a positive experience. The company consists of passionate employees who work together to deliver world-class solutions and service to their customers in healthcare. The work is 100% on-site at the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and complaints
  • Provide advice and customer support with a focus on speed and quality
  • Register and follow up on deviation cases and return documents
  • Collaborate internally and externally to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Work proactively and suggest improvements in customer dialogues and processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written
  • Have a completed upper secondary education
  • Have previous experience in customer service or another service profession
  • Are detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks
  • Have good computer skills, especially in the Office suite

It is a merit if you have:

  • Experience in healthcare, medicine, or dietetics
  • Knowledge of the IFS business system
