We are looking for someone with experience in outdoor environment maintenance with a background in gardening/forestry. Primarily tree pruning, tree felling, and forestry measures will be your main tasks.

You are also not averse to customer contact and leading a team in connection with forestry work. It is a plus if you have previously worked in municipal operating agreements.

During the winter months, you will be part of our winter preparedness.

The position is full-time, permanent employment with a probationary period. Salary according to collective agreement.

You are responsible, positive, attentive, unpretentious, driven, and a good communicator. A problem solver who can work independently but also in a team with operational staff and machine operators. We place great emphasis on personal commitment and collaboration skills and see that you function well in a group even though many tasks will be performed independently. You have an easy time learning and understanding different agreements and are comfortable taking your own initiatives. You appreciate working physically and outdoors and agree that it is easier to influence your mood than weather conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

A valid B driver's license is required. TCYK 1 and 9 or equivalent competence or experience is required. A competence certificate for adequate nature and cultural heritage conservation training corresponding to SYN (Forestry's Professional Board) is meritorious. Chainsaw certificate A&B and brushcutter certificate A&B are required. Chainsaw certificates C, E, and S are meritorious, as well as climbing training with certifications such as ETW and/or CPT.
