About the Role

Are you looking for a job where you can make a difference in people's everyday lives? We at Securitas are currently looking for you who want to join us and work to increase security among our retail customers. As a store inspector, you will work to prevent and deter shoplifting, theft, and loss in a retail environment. The role is varied, with each day being different, as you will visit several different stores during your shift. In the event of a crime, you will intervene and then call the police to the scene.

You will for example:

• Conduct checks at our retail customers.
• Collaborate with the police in the event of any crimes.
• Work preventively by checking the stores' security efforts.

The position is suitable for you who are determined and not afraid to work in vulnerable environments. Often, the role of a store inspector is flexible, allowing you to, if needed, combine the work as a store inspector with other tasks within Securitas. Requirements

• Valid Security Guard Training (VU1 and VU2)
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Driver's license B

It is an advantage if you

• have worked with similar tasks before
• have a civilian or military security guard training
• Store Inspector training

We see that you, as a candidate, are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understands problems, and solves them creatively. For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to the respective legislation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legality, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a comprehensive assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
