We at Killnoise are currently looking for sales leaders for various concerts and festivals in and around Halland County.

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for our team of salespeople at small and large venues and festivals. The job involves picking up equipment, preparing our sales gear, meeting your sales team, placing sellers at entrances and selected spots, overseeing/motivating your sellers during work, sometimes selling yourself at smaller events with extra commission on your salary, meeting your sellers after the event, and organizing and returning the sales equipment to our warehouse.

You will receive ongoing job offers and have the opportunity to work at as many or as few events as you want, provided the job is not already booked. A fixed compensation is provided per event, which is communicated in each job offer before you accept the event. All events outside the warehouse location you belong to also include travel compensation and allowances (tax-free). For events far from home/late, you will be able to stay at accommodations that we book for you.

As a Sales Leader, you are driven and self-sufficient, with good organizational skills. You appreciate freedom with responsibility, always follow the guidelines set, but can also take your own initiative when needed. You are positive and encouraging towards your team of salespeople.
