At Miljökompaniet AB, we are looking for an engaged and responsible cleaning supervisor who wants to help develop our operations together with our wonderful team.

🧹 About the position

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work within cleaning services. You will act as a link between staff and management, ensure quality, and be a role model for the team.

🧾 Your tasks

• Lead and distribute tasks among cleaning staff while also being able to perform cleaning yourself.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to agreements and quality standards
• Introduce and train new staff
• Contact with customers and follow up on assignments
• Ordering materials and planning resources

✅ We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in cleaning services and preferably in a supervisory role
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has good collaboration skills
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (other languages are a plus)
• Has a valid driver's license (required if travel between different locations is necessary)
• Has basic computer skills (scheduling, email, etc.)
