About the Role

Are you a structured administrator with an eye for detail and a passion for logistics? Then this could be the next step in your career! As a Fleet and Compliance Specialist, you will ensure that our vehicle fleet operates legally, efficiently, and sustainably. You will be a key player in our efforts to develop and quality assure procedures related to vehicles and compliance throughout the organization. You will work centrally, providing both operational and administrative support to our terminals from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north – becoming a key person in the work to develop and quality assure procedures for vehicle management and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up data from tachographs and driver cards – including deviations related to driving and rest times

• Support our terminals with issues related to insurance, service, inspections, and fuel cards

• Ensure that all drivers have the correct licenses and necessary training

• Communicate with drivers and managers regarding compliance and improvement measures

• Be an important part of the purchasing, planning, and sales of vehicles

• Contribute to more efficient, digital, and systematic working methods within vehicle administration

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in the transport industry – preferably with a focus on vehicle administration or compliance

• Ability to analyze data and identify patterns in deviations

• Strong administrative skills and good experience working in digital systems

• You are self-driven, structured, and clear in your communication

• A valid B driver's license is required

• It is an advantage if you have a C/CE driver's license and experience as a driver

• Ability to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives
