Do you want to work closely with production, solve technical problems in real-time, and simultaneously develop logistics flows? Then this could be the role for you. We are looking for a Process Engineer who wants to help develop both production and logistics solutions at a growing industrial company in transition.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both logistics and technology and wants to take on a key role as a process engineer. Our client is a high-tech industrial company in Täby that has grown rapidly in recent years. Despite the growth, they have maintained a smaller, entrepreneurial character – there are good opportunities to influence, build new, and be part of a development journey. You will enter a situation where improvement suggestions are welcomed with open arms.

As a Process Engineer, you will support aftermarket, spare parts production, and variant machines. The role is varied and challenging with a high degree of influence, a perfect next step for you who currently works with logistics in production. Your tasks will further involve:

• Providing technical support to ensure that production runs smoothly without interruptions.
• Developing and implementing processes, tools, and routines for the production area.
• Working on continuous improvements in both production and logistics.
• Managing technical problems, introducing new production equipment, and creating maintenance plans.
• Contributing to the development of logistics and material flows – an important part of this role.

• Has a relevant academic education.
• Has worked at least 1-2 years with logistics or material planning.
• Is technically curious and enjoys delving into details.
• Has a high self-drive, likes to think freely, and take initiative.
• Thrives in an environment where much is under development and where you can test your way forward.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently, as both languages are used in daily work.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is for you to eventually become directly employed by the client.
