We are now looking for a process operator on behalf of our client, Isover, a player in the construction industry. The position is full-time and you will start your employment with Processbemanning, with the goal of being over-recruited and permanently employed by Isover. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing within an exciting and dynamic industry.

Job Description

As a process operator at Isover, you are a key person in a close-knit team and play a crucial role in achieving the company's goals together. Your tasks are both varied and challenging, including responsibility for production equipment where safety and efficient plant utilization always have the highest priority. You will carry out process changes, troubleshoot, monitor processes, resolve simpler technical problems, and perform quality controls. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness, which includes cleaning equipment. In the department, work is done to process glass composition into molten form, which is then refined into fiberglass. Here we handle complex process parameters to ensure that the sensitive refining maintains the highest quality and meets specifications. Another important part of your job is to participate in improvement projects within the WCM structure (World Class Manufacturing). Isover aims to become a world-class factory, and as a process operator, you will have the opportunity to drive improvement initiatives, including operator maintenance.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, and has a forward-thinking attitude. You are self-driven and like to take your own initiatives. Responsible, efficient, and flexible are characteristics that describe you well. Since the job involves monitoring both processes and machines, it is important that you have a technical interest and preferably a technical background. A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience as a machine operator
• Complete high school diploma
• Swedish spoken and written
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Driver's license B & access to a car
• Forklift license A1-A4, B1-B6

Meritorious for the position:

• Experience with Office Suite
• Fluent English in spoken and written
• Experience working with continuous improvements such as WCM, Lean production, 5S
