About the position
As a Service Advisor at Bilia, you will play a central role in customers' experience of their service. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, and your task will be to ensure that every customer receives professional and personal service. Your main responsibilities include booking service and repairs, welcoming customers, advising on service measures, and managing invoicing and follow-up.

What we expect from you
As a Service Advisor, you have significant customer responsibility. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to handle a job where many things happen at once. We also see that you have a technical interest, a problem-solving attitude, are flexible, and have good collaboration skills to fit this role. You also have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is required.
