In the role of Tech Support Agent, you will encounter numerous user-specific cases and you will be the expert on medical instruments. You will be the user's first support when they have questions about their technical equipment, and phone, email, and digital web forms will be your primary tools. During periods of lower activity, you will use your solution-oriented side to evaluate, optimize, and continuously improve processes to create a more efficient way of working.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Handle user-specific cases via phone, email, and web forms.
  • Be at the forefront of technical support.
  • Be responsible for the entire complaint flow.
  • Continuously review and optimize/streamline work processes.

In this role, you will handle support cases via phone and email, which places high demands on your communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish & English.

Candidate Profile

This position is suitable for you who have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a structured and independent manner. You will work with varied tasks and sometimes multiple commitments simultaneously, but always with a high level of quality. It is very important that you, as an applicant, enjoy working in a team as you and your colleagues help each other to solve the day's tasks.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a similar role or comes from the retail or restaurant industry. As a person, you are empathetic, service-minded, and communicative with both colleagues and users. You are solution-oriented and can prioritize when urgent situations arise while being meticulous and appreciating the importance of details.

To succeed in the role of Tech Support Agent, you need to have a good technical understanding and possess good knowledge of the Office suite.

Start: Immediately.
Scope: Full-time.
Working hours: As agreed, Monday to Sunday, between 7-22, the majority of shifts are between 8-17 on weekdays. Remote work possible by agreement.
Location: Alvik, Stockholm.
