We are looking for you who want to coordinate home care at Saand in beautiful Värmdö! As a coordinator with us, you will have a central and stimulating role where you are the hub between customers, employees, and management. Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and distribute daily services and tasks within home care.
• Coordinate contact between employees, customers, relatives, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that services according to the implementation plan are updated.
• Support, guide, and instruct the team in daily work, and be a present and engaged support for employees.
• Handle scheduling and staffing issues as well as some administration regarding services, documentation, and deviations.
• Contribute to developing work methods, routines, and quality in the operation together with colleagues and management.
• Work closely with the operations manager and assist with reporting, follow-up, and quality work.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Trained nursing assistant and it is an advantage if you have experience in care, social services, or similar.
• Good organizational skills, structure, and stress resilience.
• Confident and clear in your communication, as well as good collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital tools and administrative work.
• Meritorious with experience in scheduling or coordinating tasks, preferably within home care.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required to visit customers at different locations.
• Engaged, proactive, and solution-oriented in your work role.
