This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Concentrix, but the recruitment process is managed by Bravura.

They are now looking for more people to join their team in Kalmar, where you will represent a well-known brand and assist customers in their daily lives.

Job responsibilities - what you will do

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for individuals reaching out with questions about invoices, subscriptions, broadband, TV, and streaming services. Your task is to listen, understand, and find the right solution for each customer.

You will receive a thorough introduction and quickly get into the job with support from both the team and your immediate manager. In this workplace, people help each other, share tips – and have fun at work!

Examples of job tasks:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Assist with questions about invoices, technical support, subscriptions, and services
  • Suggest solutions that fit the customer's needs

You will work according to a rotating schedule: weekdays from 08:00 to 19:00, weekends from 10:00 to 19:00.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

We believe you have 

  • Experience from service-oriented professions
  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

To thrive in the role, you are service-oriented and enjoy supporting and helping others in your work. You are self-driven and have an easy time pushing your work forward with high quality. Since the role involves exclusively both internal and external contact, you are social and have good communication skills.
