Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for a Sales Support who wants to be a key person in our team and develop in an exciting industry.As Sales Support With us, you will be the person who keeps track of the details and a vital link between customers, colleagues, and our internal systems. The role is varied with a focus on service, structure, and business support. You will, among other things:

• Follow up and process existing customers via phone and email
• Create and manage quotes, contracts, and customer data
• Update and administer our CRM system
• Handle orders, invoicing documents, and customer registers
• Support the sales team in their daily work
• Coordinate internal meetings, compilations, and reporting

We are looking for you who... ... enjoys structure, keeping things organized, and finds it fun to have many points of contact. You are driven by providing service, finding solutions, and thrive in a role with both personal responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues. You want to develop in sales, customer relations, and administration in a company with international operations. Our requirements for you:

• Experience in inside sales and/or administrative work
• Good understanding of IT solutions and systems
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license (B)
• If you have previous experience in shipping, IT, or technology, we will be particularly interested
