About the job as a service technician

Workplace: Gothenburg

Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:30–16:30

Duration: Full-time, a 6-month probationary period may apply.

Are you a curious technician who wants to develop your interest in tailored security solutions? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

As a service technician, you will be part of a team consisting of a team leader and service technicians. Together, you will work on the installation and service of our alarm, access, and CCTV systems for various customer needs. You will be responsible for varied maintenance and service tasks and maintain contact with customers. As an ambassador for Avarn Security, you will carry out each assignment with professional pride and high standards of quality and security. Some on-call work may be included in the position.

Who you are

The role requires that you:

• Have good experience in the security industry and can perform work independently.
• Have broad product knowledge and have worked for at least two years as a security technician, alternatively as an installer or operator within intrusion alarms and access systems.
• Are a team player who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and can work independently.
• Are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Have the desire to actively participate in improvement work for continuous quality development.
• Have a valid driver's license (B).
• Are a Swedish citizen.

It is highly meritorious if you are also a certified engineer in alarms or CCTV.

Recruitment process
