Värnamobygdens RF is a non-profit organization beautifully located by Sörsjön just outside Värnamo. The association has over 400 members & 240 riding sessions per week. We conduct riding school and training activities 6 days a week and have about 20 lesson horses as well as private boarding. The facility includes 2 riding arenas 21x42 & 21x62, a grass arena, a sand paddock, and our new beautiful ebb/flood arena 60*100m by the lake. The association organizes competitions in show jumping and dressage from local to elite level.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is at least a Swedish Riding Instructor I (SRL 1) or has another equivalent education. Previous experience in the profession is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, experience, and references. You are an active rider, care for the horses, and are passionate about teaching. There is an opportunity for personal development as we continuously train with A & B trainers in dressage and jumping. The job includes teaching, riding, stable duties, and some administration.

Working Conditions:

The position is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
