At the same time, you will be a driving force in making the guest's stay memorable, smooth, and welcoming. At Gullmarsstrand, located in beautiful Skaftö, we are now looking for someone who loves the hospitality industry, energy, and vibrant meetings where people meet, socialize, and celebrate success together.

In the role of Receptionist, you are the face of our facility and our guests. Your smile and friendly demeanor will be the first thing our guests encounter upon arrival. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, preparations, invoicing, sales, conference work, and spa services while answering questions and ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.

You can handle various computer systems.

 You are positive and solution-oriented.

Your attitude and ambitions moving forward are important. It is a plus if you have worked in the service industry or a similar role before, but it is not a requirement. Swedish is a must in both spoken and written form. English is a plus. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary, but not mandatory.

THE POSITION Permanent employment (6 months probationary period) Fixed salary, HRF The role is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends The position is 80-100%

RECRUITMENT We are recruiting continuously and will fill the position relatively quickly or according to agreement.
