We are now looking for an Order Coordinator for an exciting assignment with our client in southern Stockholm. Here you will have a central role in the flow between sales and production, becoming an invaluable cog in the machinery.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and create order plans internally within the organization

• Invoice and monitor availability, demand, and inventory status

• Communicate and support product sellers with relevant information

• Be responsible for updating and packaging sales materials

• Report and follow up on sales forecasts together with responsible parties

Your profile:

• Academic background in economics or engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar coordinating role

• Structured, meticulous, and self-driven 

• Comfortable working in new systems and enjoy having many points of contact

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
