About the position
As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats in Danish and Swedish. You will meet customers in areas such as technology, e-commerce, and lifestyle, assisting them with questions and solutions with high quality and a professional approach. You will work together with a team of 9 colleagues and a Team Manager who supports you in your development.
You will:
- Salary according to collective agreement via Unionen and Almega

We are looking for someone whoPrevious experience in service, sales, or support is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!
Requirements for the position
- Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form
- Fluent in Danish in both spoken and written form
- Good computer skills
- Completed high school education
Employment form and start date
Start: By agreement Employment form: We offer part-time employment remotely with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person. Working hours: 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and Saturdays 09:00-18:00.
