About the position:

As a production technician, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining the production processes at our client. You will work on developing and improving workflows as well as identifying and addressing technical issues in production. This includes ensuring that machines and equipment operate efficiently, as well as working to enhance productivity and quality. You will be involved in implementing new technical solutions and processes to achieve higher efficiency and quality in production.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for optimizing and developing production processes to ensure efficiency and high product quality.
• Identify and address technical issues in production to minimize downtime and inefficiency.
• Conduct analyses of production data to find areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Work on maintaining and improving maintenance plans for machines and production equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows and optimize production capacity.
• Ensure that all processes comply with applicable safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Be involved in implementing new technical solutions and improvements in production.
• Lead or participate in projects to introduce new methods and tools in production.

Qualifications:

• Technical education in production technology, mechanical engineering, or a similar field (engineer or technician).
• Experience working with and optimizing production processes.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and production specifications.
• Experience working with machines and production equipment.
• Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of quality and safety regulations in industrial production.
• Experience working with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create or read technical drawings and design production solutions.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Experience in improvement work and process development is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working hours: Daytime Monday-Friday

Scope: Full-time
