CNC Operator with a Passion for Programming? Here’s Your Opportunity!

We are now looking for an experienced and driven CNC operator for one of our industrial clients in the Greater Gothenburg area. This is a position for those who are passionate about programming, problem-solving, and want to work with modern technology in a stimulating environment.

About the Role: At our client, you will work in large, bright, and well-equipped facilities with modern multi-axis CNC machines. The production focuses on small to medium-sized series, where you will take responsibility for the entire process – from drawing to finished product. You will program in a CAM environment and help translate customer specifications into high-quality products.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Programming and operating multi-axis CNC mills

Independent work from drawing to finished product

Optimization of processes and workflows for efficient production

Quality control and documentation of work

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid experience in multi-axis CNC milling

Is proficient in programming in CAM systems (e.g., GibbsCAM or similar)

Enjoys taking responsibility and working independently

Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and has a strong focus on quality

Is fluent in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Experience with GibbsCAM or other CAM software is an advantage.
