We are currently looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant!

What does this position entail?

The client is a man in his 30s who needs help with everything in his daily life, including personal hygiene, tube feeding, exercise, activities, and household chores. The client enjoys going for walks when the weather permits but equally appreciates snuggling up to a good series or movie. Another interest that is a big part of the client's life is bowling. It is important that you, as an assistant, do not have exactly the same interests as me, but that there is a chemistry between us, and I would prefer you to be close to my age.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who, regardless of gender, is engaged and respectful. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. To work with me, I would like you, as an assistant, to be attentive, cheerful, meticulous, and have a sense of humor.

We would like you to:

• Not be a smoker or allergic to pets.
• Have the ability to work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends.
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Have experience or education in care and nursing. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Experience with different types of aids is an advantage.

Additional information

Employment form: Casual employment and fixed-term employment.

Scope: We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time and substitutes who can step in during other staff's absence before, during, and after the summer.

Working hours: Day, evening, night, and weekends.

Start date: As soon as possible.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required under the Aliens Ordinance.
