Your role As a leasing agent, you are a key player in our business. You identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive the leasing process from the first contact to the signed agreement. This requires attentiveness, commitment, and a clear understanding of both the customer's needs and Balder's offerings.

You move effortlessly through our properties, engaging with entrepreneurs and decision-makers, constantly seeing the opportunities ahead. You understand the market, know how to find the right tenants – and how they find us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a business sense that combines attentiveness with a clear results focus

• Enjoys building long-term relationships and networks

• Sees potential where others see space

• Has an interest in real estate and a desire to develop within the industry

• Is self-driven but enjoys working in a team towards common goals
