Workshop Entrepreneur at OKQ8 Bilverkstad

As a workshop entrepreneur with us, you are given a unique opportunity to run your own company under the strong and well-known brand of OKQ8 Bilverkstad. The workshop premises are part of the OKQ8 station and provide a unique traffic location and involve close collaboration with the station.

As OKQ8 Bilverkstad, you will be a tenant of OKQ8, but you own and operate your own company with central support from OKQ8 and MECA, who together manage and develop OKQ8 Bilverkstad. We currently have about 80 OKQ8 stations from Norrbotten to Skåne and plan to grow and become stronger. Welcome to be part of our successful workshop chain.

You who are applying should be:

• Car enthusiast
• Interested in new technology
• Curious about industry development and digitization
• Willing to learn more and share your knowledge
• Experienced in workshop operations (Workshop Manager)
• Experienced in running a business
• Have good collaboration skills
• Customer-focused
• Experienced in the mechanic profession
• Have good computer skills
• Have a mechanic education
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have at least a B driver's license

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and we can therefore sign a contract with an entrepreneur before the application deadline, so apply now! As a starting point, you should be prepared to sign a local lease agreement and collaboration agreement for 3 years at a time.

This gives us the opportunity to get a more objective picture of you as a person and will be used as part of the decision-making basis in the selection. As part of our recruitment process, a background check will also be conducted before a contract for the premises and collaboration can become relevant. This includes a criminal record extract and possibly a financial check (UC).

OKQ8 is one of Sweden's largest fuel companies and has over 280 staffed stations across the country, offering a wide range of products and services for both cars and drivers. OKQ8 Bilverkstad is present at about 80 of our stations from Kiruna in Norrbotten to Höllviken in Skåne.

Together with our partner MECA, OKQ8 Bilverkstad has access to a wide range of spare parts, technical support, equipment, and training in modern vehicle technology.

As an employee at one of our workshops, you work closely with the OKQ8 station and represent OKQ8 in your interactions with OK members and other customers.
