This position is perfect for you who enjoy talking to customers on the phone, selling trips, and are a natural travel enthusiast who can answer everything from which trip the customer should book to what to pack.

About the position

In this role, you will work with Rolfs Flyg & Buss customers. Your work will involve communicating directly with our customers, helping them book their dream trips, informing them about our exciting destinations, and advising them based on their unique needs. Every call and every email is an opportunity to create a lasting relationship and an unforgettable journey. The position is a needs-based employment.

About you

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, structured, and has a knack for understanding customer needs. Experience in the travel industry and knowledge of various destinations is seen as an advantage, as well as if you are studying in hotel and tourism. You should be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. To be considered for the position, you should be able to work approximately two shifts a week.

Working hours

Our team works according to a flexible schedule to cover customer support that is available every day, all year round. Your working days will vary and include work both during the day and in the evening, from Monday to Sunday. You will primarily work from our office in central Gothenburg and occasionally in our travel store in Hisingen.
