About the team & role

You will work as needed, which often involves early mornings on both weekdays and weekends. You will be part of a team where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. The team works closely together and helps where needed – always with the passenger in focus. You will receive thorough introduction and training in the work processes to ensure that you feel secure in your role from day one.

As a Loader, your main task is to sort, load, and unload luggage safely and efficiently. The pace can be high and the days varied, which means you will never have a dull moment. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues, with great responsibility for maintaining high standards in safety, punctuality, and service.

About you

We are looking for someone who is punctual, flexible, and enjoys a physically active job as you will be working a lot with your body. Additionally, you are stress-resistant, meticulous, and take responsibility in your work.

Formal requirements:

- You are at least 18 years old

- You are studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%

- You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

- You have a valid 3-year high school education

- You can undergo and pass a security clearance (not convicted or suspected of a crime)

- You can provide references and documentation for the last five years

- You are drug-free and can undergo alcohol and drug testing without issues

- You have the ability to get to Arlanda at any hour of the day, every day of the week

We consider it an advantage if you:

- Speak additional languages besides Swedish and English

- Have previous experience working in similar environments
