They are now looking for a dedicated and driven Support Engineer who wants to contribute to everything from product development to customer installations.

As a Support Engineer, you will work with customer-facing support as well as installing and configuring security solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that their products are integrated correctly into the customer's environment and that stable and secure systems are delivered.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a relevant field (support, installation, and configuration of security solutions)
• An MSc or BSc in fields such as computer engineering, computer science, or similar
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Android, and iOS is a plus.
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Basic mathematical skills
• Swedish citizenship
• A security clearance will be conducted during the hiring process.
