About the role and team

Your tasks will include:

• Backend development in Java or possibly fullstack depending on what you find interesting
• Taking significant responsibility for client assignments and coming up with new ideas and creative solutions to problems and challenges that arise in the work

You will be part of a company where collaboration and innovation are at the forefront. There is strong support from management and colleagues, and you are given the freedom to take responsibility, be creative, and develop in your consulting role.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have at least 4 years of experience in Java development.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Have a relevant higher education degree in areas such as computer engineering or system science.

As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented. You have a genuine interest in working in teams and contributing ideas that make a difference for clients and colleagues.

It is a plus if you:

• Have previous experience in front-end development
