About the position

As a customer service representative, you will work in an open office environment alongside service-minded colleagues. You will experience a fast-paced environment and respond to our customers' inquiries both by phone and email. The most common questions involve pricing, invoices, complaints, and refunds.

The customers of the Øresund Bridge speak Swedish, Danish, and English. It is a requirement that you have a good understanding of all the aforementioned languages and are comfortable speaking Danish as the majority of customers are Danish-speaking.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Focusing on an outstanding customer experience
• Meeting set KPIs
• Handling incoming calls via phone and responding to emails
• Other administrative tasks, such as mail handling and registration

The position as a customer service representative is a consulting assignment as needed through Adecco and begins with a thorough introduction. We work with ongoing selection, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the right person.

About you

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and seeking a long-term part-time position. You will work as needed during the semesters and be available to work more during the holidays. You have previous experience in customer contact, and if you have worked in customer service, this is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication skills, be able to build relationships easily, be solution-focused, and adaptable. Since you will be working in multiple systems, it is essential that you are computer literate and a quick learner. To thrive in this role, you need to have a positive attitude and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace.

Important for the position:

• You are a student at least 50% or have another primary occupation
• You have at least three to four semesters left in your studies
• You speak Swedish and English
• You can make yourself understood and understand the Danish language

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in customer service (phone experience)
• Danish language
