About the Organization:

Lindholmen Preschool is part of the Kårsta Lindholmen principal area, which also includes Gustav Vasaskolan, Kårsta School, and Kårsta Preschool. Lindholmen Preschool has about 110 children, divided into two buildings: Buketten and Eken. The preschool is located in Lindholmen, north of Vallentuna center. In a stimulating environment, well-educated staff work with a focus on children's influence and participation in teaching based on Lpfö 18.

Job Responsibilities:

As a qualified preschool teacher, you are an important part of the children's education. In collaboration with colleagues, you work to drive and develop the pedagogical work with the curriculum as a guideline. You are responsible for ensuring that children receive good care and have the opportunity to develop according to their conditions. With us, play and joy in teaching and education, together with the children, take center stage. Your job responsibilities also include actively participating in reflection meetings with colleagues, workplace meetings, and meetings with guardians.

Qualifications:

• Possess a preschool teacher license
• Goal-oriented and clear, and believe it is important to have a good relationship with children, guardians, and colleagues.
• Good planning skills and a solution-focused attitude are important.
• Knowledge of how digitalization contributes to development and an understanding of the ongoing change work that digitalization entails.
• Good ability to initiate, lead, and complete development assignments.
• You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Personal Qualities:

• You work towards results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and following up on your work.
• You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information.
• You develop, improve, seek solutions, learning, and knowledge on your own initiative.
