Do you want to combine leadership with practical work in a family-oriented and forward-looking organization? Glantz Maskiner AB is now looking for an engaged workshop manager/mechanic who wants to take greater responsibility for the workshop and be a key person in our future efforts.

About the position As our new workshop manager, you will have a varied role where you both plan and lead the daily work in the workshop, while also being operational in the workshop tasks. You will schedule service jobs, handle complaints and warranties, and work on repairs and maintenance of our machines. In our smaller organization of seven people, where one currently works in the workshop, you will become a central part of the team without the workload becoming overwhelming.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a mechanic, preferably with agricultural or heavy machinery.
• Enjoys taking responsibility and thrives in a role that includes both planning and practical work.
• Is structured and solution-oriented.
• Has a strong service focus and wants to build long-term customer relationships.
• Has a B driver's license.

Previous experience in workshop management is an advantage but not a requirement – what matters most is your drive and willingness to develop in the role.
