Felder Group Sweden AB is a subsidiary of Felder Group and a rapidly growing company. We handle the sales of machines and accessories to the Swedish market, both through direct sales and through dealers. We also take care of installations and service work in Sweden and, if necessary, in other countries.

We are currently in an expansion phase and are looking for several traveling service technicians focused on different types of our machines.

As a service technician, you will work directly with customers, primarily in Sweden but also in other countries.

Daily tasks:

· Installation and walkthrough of machines at customer sites

· Service and repair of machines at customer sites

· Ordering of spare parts

· Customer support via phone/email

· Installation of machines in our showroom and at trade fairs

· Report writing

Who are you?

· Technically skilled with an interest in machines.

· Knowledge in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

· You are flexible, responsible, and comfortable making your own decisions.

· You are used to working both independently and collaboratively.

· As the job involves a lot of customer contact, good communication skills are essential.

· Hold a valid driver's license (manual).

· Enjoy traveling as it involves many travel days.

· Good knowledge of the Office suite.

· At least one year of previous experience as a technician.

· Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.

· German is a plus but not a requirement.
