Gr8 Partner Group is looking for engaged partners to join our recruitment & staffing team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from booking your own meetings to delivering presentations, following up, and closing deals. You will work with phone, email, and video meetings, and have the freedom to organize your days as you wish.

The position is entirely commission-based and offers you the opportunity for a high and unlimited income – perfect for those driven by results and who want to be rewarded accordingly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales and preferably appointment setting.
• Is self-driven, hungry, and goal-oriented.
• Thrives in a performance-based environment without a fixed salary.
• Enjoys taking responsibility, working towards clear goals, and working on a performance basis.
• Communicates clearly and persuasively in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Has their own phone and computer.
