Bankomat is in an exciting phase of development as we build a completely new business area – cash management. We are now looking for a Team Leader for Bankomat's cash management unit in Härnösand. In the role of Team Leader at your local office, you will assist the Site Manager in leading the daily operations.

As a Team Leader at Bankomat, you will initially be involved in starting up a new office, making this a unique and exciting opportunity for you to have an impact. Once the business is established and operational, you will play an important role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for planning routes, conducting risk assessments, and ordering goods and equipment. Together with your production team, you will also work on transporting cash from our offices to the country's ATMs and at the office, receive, count, and pack banknotes.

Responsibilities/Tasks

As the Team Leader for the cash management unit in Härnösand, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Planning routes

• Vacancy solutions

• Ensuring daily operations

• Conducting risk assessments of ATM rooms

• Workplace rounds

• Servicing technical equipment and vehicles (not workshop-related)

• Key inventory

• Office orders

• Collaboration with property owners and external companies

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for someone with previous experience as a Team Leader in cash handling or experience working as a cash transporter. We also welcome those who are trained and experienced security guards and/or have worked as team leaders in a security-classified area.

You are service-oriented with a good habit of building and maintaining relationships. This, combined with your ability to engage and communicate, creates good conditions for a productive and inclusive work environment. You lead by example by being unpretentious and willing to go the extra mile when needed, both for the business and your colleagues.

To succeed further in the role, you are meticulous and have the ability to handle unexpected situations, with a solution-oriented and positive mindset. Additionally, we see that you express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have basic knowledge of English.
