About the Position

The Rosenberg school area consists of three schools in Tidaholm municipality; Rosenberg School F-6, Ekedalen School F-6, and Fröjered School F-3.

We are now looking for a licensed teacher in leisure home to work within leisure and school, the position is located at Rosenberg School. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement.

With us, you will work together with teams and management to develop the leisure activities towards common goals. The teaching in the leisure home should stimulate students' development and learning while offering them a meaningful leisure time. This should be done by basing the teaching on the students' needs, interests, and experiences, while also continuously challenging the students further by inspiring them to new discoveries. We place the child at the center throughout the school day, regardless of when it starts or ends. We have a positive attitude towards the abilities of students and colleagues and we constantly reflect on how we as adults can positively influence the teaching we conduct. We take a collegial responsibility for our students to experience safety, well-being, and to develop the knowledge needed for lifelong learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has the required education for the position and experience in similar work. You should be able to work independently and in teams, and be a secure person. Furthermore, you should have a good ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and staff. You should also be able to see opportunities and have a positive outlook. Additional qualities we are looking for are that you can work in a structured manner, but at the same time dare to be flexible.

For us, it is important to have a clear student focus and a willingness to develop the activities together with others and to collaborate between leisure and school. Our focus areas are safety, play, and movement, and we would like to see an interest in this area.

Great importance will be placed on personal competencies.
