About the Position

We are looking for a Communicator for an assignment at Kammarkollegiet. You will belong to the Development and Communication unit and work towards the department of The Public Transition Organization. In the role of Communicator, you will work with both internal and external communication at both strategic and operational levels. You will plan, implement, and evaluate communication efforts, and it may also be relevant to support various projects within the authority. Since the government assignment is new, the initial communication planning will be crucial for the execution of the assignment.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and environmental analyses
• Design information and communication materials
• Provide advice to colleagues on communication issues
• Work on brand development
• Update content on internal and external websites
• Be responsible for communication in digital channels and social media

Assignment Period and Scope:

The assignment as a Communicator is a full-time consultancy position starting as soon as possible and is expected to last until April 2026. There is an opportunity for remote work up to 49% by agreement. Please note that travel may occur in the assignment.

Requirements for the Position:

Higher education in media and communication or equivalent, as well as at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, a high school education and at least five (5) years of experience as a communicator.

• Experience in digital communication, social media, and brand building.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent programs.
• Good knowledge of editing tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop).
• Good knowledge of web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in working with surveys.
