Temporary Employment – Extra Staff for Language Area, Labor Market Initiatives at ABF Vux

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct lessons to inspire and motivate participants.
• Collaborate and follow up on initiatives with various departments and participate in regular evaluations with the client.
• Live up to ABF Vux's vision by conducting both practical and theoretical exercises related to the labor market.
• Support participants in developing language skills in vocational Swedish.

Focus Areas:

As an educator, you will enhance the participants' language skills needed in their workplaces. An important part of the initiative may also be to equip participants with the ability to use digital services to facilitate everyday life.

Qualifications:

• You should be a qualified SFI or SVA teacher, preferably certified.
• We would also like you to have documented education and/or documented experience working with labor market-oriented initiatives.
• We also see that you enjoy working in a team, adapt easily, and quickly grasp new tasks. You have an interest in working as an educator within ABF Vux's labor market initiatives. Additionally, you have a genuine interest and experience with digital tools and the ability to demonstrate and teach how to use them in practice.

About the Position

This is a temporary employment based on requests for initiatives. The position is a smaller fixed-term contract with a maximum annual working time of 40%.

Location: Gothenburg
Salary: Hourly wage
Start during the spring and autumn terms, by agreement.

Collective Agreement: We are affiliated with Almega and apply agreements with Sveriges Lärare and Vision.
