About the position

Our teaching is based on the interests, motivations, and goals of the students. As a teacher with us, you will be part of a dynamic environment where learning, development, and diversity are in focus. We are now looking for 1-2 certified teachers who want to teach adult learners. You will work in an open and supportive team where we develop teaching together and create a learning environment that meets each student where they are.

Who are you?

• You have a teaching certification with at least 45 credits in Swedish as a second language (Sva).
• You are structured, engaged, and inspiring – and enjoy finding new ways for learning.
• You easily adapt your teaching to different target groups and cultural backgrounds.
• You have an interest and experience with the target group.
• You have good digital skills and use IT as a natural tool in teaching.
• You are a team player who enjoys developing the organization together with colleagues.
• We would like you to have experience from adult education and/or knowledge of more languages than Swedish – but this is not a requirement.
• We place great importance on personal suitability, and we believe that you, like us, believe in everyone’s ability to grow and succeed.

Meritorious

• 90 credits in Swedish as a second language (Sva)
• Qualification in another subject
• Special educational competence and experience

About the employment

Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period. Part-time/full-time: 50-100%. Number of positions: 2. Work location: Gothenburg. Salary: By agreement. Collective agreement: We are affiliated with Almega and apply agreements with Sveriges Lärare and Vision.
