Barry Callebaut in Kågeröd is now seeking an industrial electrician to work in a modern workshop with many well-known brands such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, Danfoss, etc. You will be part of a maintenance team of about 10 people who independently work to provide professional electrical maintenance to the production facility and its various support functions, both preventively and reactively, while some parts of the operational work are outsourced.

As an industrial electrician, you will work daily to maintain and improve existing equipment, handling both planned maintenance tasks and urgent issues. We expect you to work on continuous improvements to drive maintenance work effectively and to develop the existing machinery. To be considered for the position, you need to have several years of experience as an industrial electrician, maintenance technician, or equivalent. You should also have skills in both electrical/mechanical maintenance, extensive troubleshooting experience, service, and industrial automation, as well as knowledge and experience in PLC programming. You are accustomed to working in a flexible environment where reprioritization occurs. Therefore, it is important that you have the ability to make good priorities and are driven and structured.

You should have good computer skills, be able to follow instructions, and meticulously document your work. The job requires you to be a skilled problem solver who can quickly find effective solutions.

You should be self-sufficient and capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously. At the same time, it is important that you are someone who finds it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with people around you.

Qualifications

• qualified and certified electrician
• several years of work experience as an industrial electrician or equivalent
• skills in PLC/automation
• proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• driver's license (B)
• electrical certification (meritorious)
• experience with lean and continuous improvements and participation in larger projects (meritorious)
